Orders

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
• Please ensure all recipient information provided is accurate.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are seasonal and may vary depending on availability.

If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with flowers of similar style, colour and value while maintaining the overall design.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within our service areas.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers.

Product Images

Product photos are for reference only.

As every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, slight variations in colour, flower varieties and overall appearance may occur.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has begun.

Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

BM18 is not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Policy Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BM18, every bouquet is handcrafted specially for each order. We appreciate your understanding of the following policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once flowers have been arranged or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Product arrives in severely damaged condition
• Delivery cannot be completed due to our error

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after preparation has started
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
• Minor variations caused by seasonal flower availability

Flower Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal.

When necessary, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar varieties of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design and colour palette.

Damaged Orders

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographs for assessment.
